Clients who submit manuscripts and excerpts to A Novel Edit signify that they are the author of the submitted work.

Clients of A Novel Edit agree that once a payment for services is made by the client and accepted by A Novel Edit, a contract has been agreed upon and there is no refund for services.

Clients who want suggestions for or help with a query letter will include the query letter with the manuscript submission.

A Novel Edit makes no promises–implicit or implied–beyond what is spelled out in this Web site and our contract.

A Novel Edit makes no guarantee that an edited manuscript will be accepted by agent or publisher, or that an edited manuscript will be published.

Prices for services may change at any time.

Words and phrasing suggestions are specific to each edit. Clients are welcome to use any suggestion “as is.”
